Interactive Design Architects holds a term contract with the City of Chicago to provide Professional Architecture services on a variety of project types. Our previous projects have ranged from designing a field office and garage under a main street in downtown Chicago to renovating an existing City of Chicago department office, transforming it into a LEED Platinum branch library for the Chicago Public Library System. Our term contract includes the identification of consultants to provide Professional Engineering and Specialty consultant services, resulting in quick mobilization upon the issuance of a task order.
