Urvi joined IDEA in 2022, soon after completing her Bachelor of Architecture in India which adds a diverse perspective to the firm. Her family background and previous experience make her believe that architecture is a process-oriented approach toward contextual design strategies, structure, detailing, and construction. She did her thesis to create a holistic and programmatic vision for bridging the gap between rural and urban realms of India; where architecture followed the aspects of critical regionalism by studying local practice, climate, context, and culture. She is an enthusiast of reading and practically visiting different places to keep learning architecture.
